Interim Senior Counsel

A leading asset manager is seeking an experienced funds counsel to support its investment funds platform on a contract basis, with a focus on the structuring, launch, and ongoing operation of AIFs and UCITS.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the establishment and operation of AIFs and UCITS
• Draft and review fund documentation including prospectuses/OMs, constitutive documents, IMAs, and side letters
• Provide legal support on fund operations, regulatory matters, and investor issues
• Advise on AIFMD, UCITS, and related European funds regulation
• Liaise with external counsel and fund service providers

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with strong investment funds experience
• Proven exposure to AIFs and/or UCITS
• Background within an asset manager, fund platform, or leading law firm
• Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced in-house environment
