Interior Architect (Project-Based)

Position Summary:
Lead spatial planning and design development for high-end commercial fit-outs, ensuring innovative, functional, and code-compliant interiors that reflect luxury standards.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead schematic design through detailed drawing development



Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants



Specify materials and finishes in accordance with project needs and regulations





Ensure compliance with local building codes and quality standards



Qualifications:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture



Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in commercial or hospitality interior design



Skills:
