Job Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts for commercial and office projects
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, drawings, and 3D visuals
• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Manage and coordinate project execution, including contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material selections, and furniture specifications
• Oversee site progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve on-site issues
• Ensure projects are delivered according to design intent, quality standards, and schedules
• Handle documentation such as quotations, variation orders, and project reports
