Interior Designer

Lead and manage interior design projects independently across hospitality, residential and commercial developments. Develop innovative and functional design concepts aligned with Dugasta's brand identity, project objectives and market positioning. Contribute strategically to the growth and structure of the Interior Design department by supporting processes, frameworks and operational standards. Provide commercially informed design recommendations, market insights and value‑engineering solutions to management. Ensure all projects are delivered in line with design intent, budgets, timelines and quality standards.
