Responsibilities

a) Pre-sales: manage prospective leads, develop design concepts, and provide advice and budgeting to the clients.

b) Post-sales: manage project execution, incl timeline, quality, budget, suppliers, as well as customers' expectations over the course of renovation.

c) Mentoring or managerial roles for experienced candidates.

Candidate Requirements

Design Manager / Principal Interior Designer: > 5 years of interior design experience. Preferably prior experience in managing a team. Candidate must show competence in designing and managing different types of projects.
