Base Wage: $ 18.50/ HR

PURPOSE: Participate in an on-going and preventative maintenance program for buildings and areas assigned. Works as a team player with a common goal of providing a safe and clean environment for all persons living and working at Little City Foundation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of essential duties and responsibilities, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the task to be performed. 1. Communicates all major problems to the Building Maintenance Manager.
