Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process interline and cartage invoices for payment.
• Review amount invoiced vs amount set up for discrepancies.
• Work with Rate Audit on discrepancies to ensure proper payment.
• Send payment amounts to Accounts Payable for cheque printing.
• Mail cheques and file backup.
• Work with interline carriers and Rate Audit on balance dues (email & phone).
• Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure receivable accounts are caught up before mailing payable money.
