Intermediate Accountant

Our Vaughan client is need of an Intermediate Accountant for a permanent role. This is a hybrid role with three days in office.

Role Overview

As part of the Global Shared Services team, the Intermediate Accountant will support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial activities across multiple business units globally. This role is responsible for a range of accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvements.

This is an intermediate-level role suited for professionals with solid full-cycle accounting experience who are looking to expand their exposure in a global, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Support and execute period-end closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and allocations
