At Urban Form Studio, you'll collaborate closely with the Project Team under the Managing Architect’s guidance. Your role encompasses project management from inception to owner takeover, where you'll produce cohesive construction drawings and administer contracts. An eye for design and understanding of value engineering are key for meeting client budgetary needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in client and consultant coordination meetings
• Prepare design development and construction drawings for review
• Stay updated on building codes and design trends
• Manage 3-5 concurrent projects efficiently
• Conduct site reviews when necessary throughout GTA, Kingston, and Ottawa
Requirements:
• Licensed Architect with OAA or experienced Senior Architectural Technologist
