Job Description
A transformation partner that helps businesses digitize their operations is seeking a driven and collaborative Intermediate Business Analyst to join their Managed Services team. You'll play a key role in supporting their clients by enhancing existing software features, resolving issues, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Investigate current system functionality based on support requests and perform gap analysis to determine if enhancements are needed.
Write detailed use cases and test cases to support regression testing.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of minor enhancements and support fixes.
Act as the first line of support for client queries, minor change requests, and user management.
