Must have IT Legal background – Intermediate Contracts & Tenders Manager Permanent position | To work Hybrid or remotely | Johannesburg Or Cape Town based Driver’s License and own Transport Must have a Matric Certificate Must have a Legal Degree Or Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management Must have worked in the IT Industry and must have Legal background + Intermediate working experience/exposure in Contracts and Tenders Management (will also be trained by our client) Experience or exposure in Contracts Management + Tenders/ Bids in the IT Software Industry Experience or exposure gained in drafting bids, negotiating pricing, executing legally binding agreements, and ensuring suppliers deliver services on time and within budget, while rigorously minimizing business and legal risks.
