to think beyond the norm and exceed expectations; demonstrates a high level of design knowledge, creativity and ability; shows a commitment to excellence; be well-versed in the world of design; works well with others as well as on their own with minimal supervision or direction; and takes enormous pride and satisfaction in their work. Must have portfolio of work completed.
