Job Description

Intermediate Deskside Analyst (3+ years) to provide Tier II support in Carstairs, Alberta for business software, devices and collaboration spaces in an enterprise environment 

Important: 

Length: 3 month

% in office in Carstairs office

Must be able to life and move boxes up to 50 pounds 

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Deskside Analyst providing tier 1 and 2 support in an enterprise environment
  • Experience technical support, installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the following: desktops, laptops, smartphones, hardware, software, and networks
  • Experience with Windows 11, iOS, and Active Directory for computer management.
  • Experience deploying, configuring and supporting a variety of business software including Microsoft Office products, Teams, Sharepoint, Adobe professional suite, and SAP client GUI.
