Job Description

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Fieldglass Analyst responsible for managing SAP Fieldglass contingent workforce processes, rate governance, and P2P system optimization.

Must‑Haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SAP Fieldglass Contingent module experience, including work order management, rate structures, rate schedules, and governance.
  • Background in procurement, contingent workforce management, or construction/project support within a high‑volume operational environment.
  • Experience maintaining Fieldglass functional configurations, such as job catalogs, rate structures, approvals, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Contracts, Procurement, HR, IS, Projects, and Construction Management teams.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate to build dashboards, automate workflows, and improve reporting visibility.
