KCB is expanding its Power & Transportation group with an opportunity in our Vancouver office for an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer . You will participate in transportation, hydroelectric, marine and civil infrastructure projects within a multi-discipline project team. In the Vancouver office you will work closely with mentors, internal team members, clients and other stakeholders to hone your design, analysis and project leadership skills.

What you would engage in

• Conduct geotechnical site investigations, including field testing and soil sampling.
• Analyze geotechnical data to provide design recommendations for foundations, retaining walls, slope stability, and embankments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide geotechnical input on transportation, hydroelectric, marine, and civil infrastructure projects.
