What will you do?

Provide best in class customer service to our broker community by supporting them through various processes such as renewals, new business, and policy change transactions for both auto and property business lines.

Managing phone queues ensuring all relevant information is provided to effectively support brokers through underwriting transaction including submissions and risk analysis.

Explain underwriting decisions to our broker partners ensuring that strong broker relationships are maintained.

Underwrite risks within assigned underwriting authority to drive profitability.

Manage work duties as assigned in a fast paced, results driven environment ensuring department goals are met or exceeded.

What will you need to succeed?

• 3 years of underwriting experience in personal insurance is required.
• CIP designation or working towards designation is preferred.
