Job Description
This role will help the organization in attaining its goals through Agile delivery which helps improve the lives of our users and increase overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will help foster the Agile ways of working and be adaptable on different situations.
Position Responsibilities:
Organizes and facilitates key Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Acts as a coach to the Scrum Team and other stakeholders, promoting Agile principles and values.
Collaborates closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained Product Backlog and a clear understanding of priorities.
Ensures that Scrum artifacts, such as burndown charts, are maintained and accessible to the team and stakeholders.
Facilitates and supports the Scrum Team in continuous improvement efforts, including adjustments to processes and practices.
