We're looking for a dedicated Tier1 Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to support our users in Calgary. This full-time position requires five years of experience in a service desk role, alongside technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Office 365. You will provide end-user support via phone, email, and chat, while documenting requests in Freshservice and escalating when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
