Interment Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Interment Staff to ensure the consistent delivery of the Forest Lake brand of service in interments.
• Communicate accurate information on interment procedures, fees, requirements, policies and the like.
• Physically attends interments at the sites to ensure that service standards are adhered to and not compromised.
• Communicate directly with family members or authorized representatives of the deceased to ensure that the services provided meet the needs of the family and respect traditions and religion.
• Coordinate with interment crew, interment contractors and other 3rd party suppliers and service providers on schedules, equipment, facilities and other logistical requirements.
• Monitors implementation of interment standards and procedures, as well as application of policies by all staff and contractors.
