Keppel South Central is a brand new Prime Grade Office Building located in Tanjong Pagar. This internship opportunity provides meaningful hands-on learning opportunities for selected interns to understand, experience and learn about asset management and building operations.
This internship role is a dual role covering 2 key aspects of running and managing the asset:
1) Leasing,
2) Operations.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
1) Be fully involved in the asset operations in Keppel South Central, including but not limited to conducting iewings/visits by prospective tenants, engage and service existing tenants on their building and space requirements,
