Job Profile: We invite applications from candidates possessing expertise in Agricultural Microbiology and Plant-Microbe interactions for a “Junior Research Scientist” position within our company. The selected individual will be tasked with executing and analyzing research projects focused on microbial consortia and formulation development aimed at enhancing plant growth and function. Proficiency in microbial biofertilizers, consortia development, PGPR, and the assessment of their impact on plant growth promotion, along with knowledge of other biostimulants and specific agricultural practices tailored for different crops, is essential for the successful completion of the research project. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently carry out and analyze experiments.
