This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in business operations, analytics, or sales support in the tech or hardware industry. You will gain hands-on experience working with CRM tools, understanding support lifecycle processes, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. 
Job Requirements
Support the team with data entry and validation tasks in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, NetApp internal systems)

Help generate reports and summaries on renewal status, pipeline health, and customer engagement.
