S&T Bank Summer Internship Program: May 20, 2026 -August 7, 2026
Our program is a compensated professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical, real-life experience.
Summer internship participants will:
• Explore careers in the Banking industry,
• Participate in volunteer opportunities,
• Join Q&A sessions with Bank leaders and executives,
• Connect through team building activities and much more
Hours may be determined based on the needs of the department but will not exceed 29 hours per week.
Internship Program Starting Rate: $13.00/hour
Function : Works under the direction of department management, in a capacity of departmental backup and support, performing assigned duties.
