Intern Customer Fulfillment

Overview

The Customer Fulfillment Intern supports service level tracking, order management processes, and inventory control activities across Andina markets (Chile, Peru & Colombia). The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, monitoring key service KPIs such as Fill Rate, and supporting the purchase order flow in coordination with Logistics and cross‑functional teams. The intern contributes to maintaining high service performance and reliable system information in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the measurement and tracking of Fill Rate, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
• Assist in the purchase order flow, including order tracking.
• Extract, consolidate, and validate data from internal systems to support service level analysis.
