Intern, Digital Innovation Office - Business Analyst (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

• Support the digital team in project management and business analysis.
• Communicate regularly with customers and stakeholders throughout the product development cycle using various feedback channels.
• Craft and present slide decks and status reports for digital initiatives shown to high‑level management.
• Gather and analyze metrics and data for the sprint review and high‑level management reports.
• Support governance meetings, including taking notes, attendance and helping with acting upon required actions.
• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain User Stories with acceptance criteria in JIRA.
• Attend all scrum ceremonies.
• Assist Product Owner in managing sprint and backlog.
