+ **Hands-on Troubleshooting:** Developing the ability to diagnose electrical or mechanical failures in test fixtures using tools like Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
+ **Lean Manufacturing:** Understanding how test equipment efficiency impacts overall production throughput.
+ **Bridge Theory and Practice:** Successfully apply academic principles of electronics and mechanics to solve real-world equipment malfunctions.
+ **Professional Communication:** Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, and R&D) to report equipment status and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor in Mechanical, Mechatronics , Electrical & Electronics , Semiconductor or Equivalent.
