Intern Finance - Data Management & Business Control H/F

Under the responsibility of the Head of Department and your experienced senior colleagues, you will participate in various activities:
Performing controls and reporting on AUM and Product Referential
Management of product event file and administration of product referential data within corporate database
Regular monitoring and certification on AUM and transaction flows in the Finance data depository
Periodic reporting on assets and their evolution to business stakeholders
Participation to transversal projects on AUM and Product Referential
Review and update of operational procedures
Review and update of the distribution tree of the Management Company
Identification and consumption of new accounts not yet attributed within DT
Execution and monitoring on network modification requests sent to transfer agent
Reporting on severe errors in DT not yet resolved
Liaising with transfer agent, sales teams and central function in Paris to handle above
