Finance Internship

Internship in the PTP Team at our Petaling Jaya office, focusing on accounts payable processes and ERP system usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AP spreadsheets or tracking logs.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about payment.
• Assist in vendor statement reconciliation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as requested.
• Handle external and internal queries related to Procure‑to‑Pay.
• Assist in peer checking of invoices.
• Validate invoice entry by attaching supporting documents and downloading documents for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with invoice scanning systems and ERP software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
