Job Description

                    The Role
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under working full-time from January 2026 to June 2026 with the Financial Risk Management Team.
Job Responsibilities
Support the team’s review of the risk measurement framework, including research and analysis of key real estate market data across various countries and sectors 
Work closely with the team in financial modelling and risk analysis, and assist in the preparation of quarterly risk reports/ presentations 
Assist the team in performing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for investments and assets across the Group’s portfolio using a range of risk metrics and models such as VaR and stress testing approaches 
Undertake ad-hoc and special assignments/projects as and when delegated by the Head of Department
