Job Description● Assists on daily handover from Ninja Van to Air and Sea Freight agent by managing andcoordinating domestic shipments.● Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to buildfuture business.● Assists in ensuring no backlog or delay in shipment every day.● Assists in inputting data into the management system and consolidating.● Assists in customer feedback on the shipment status, and maintain a cordial relationship to buildfuture business.

Requirement

Diploma/ Degree in transport/ air freight forwarding/logistics field related to freight forwarding and logistics.

3 - 6 months of internship.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; strong team player.

An independent performer, he/she must be motivated and resilient, with an ability to deal with demanding customers and deliver even under pressure.
