Job Description

Administrative Intern:
Provide administrative support
Perform daily front desk tasks
Attend to walk-in customers and answer incoming calls
Scheduling first screening interview appointments and calendars
Prepare reports and documentations
Perform data entry and filing
Data Management Intern:
To handle and execute back-end manual process request execution
To find a method to generate a tool/enhance the existing tool for request tracking
Support data operations, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and assisting in the implementation of the changes
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in a relevant course, such as Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, or any related Business field
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
