Support the Lab & Ops team to digitize laboratory data sheets

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to digitize laboratory data sheets, converting document‑based and manual records into structured, electronic, and data‑driven formats to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and long‑term usability.

+ Participate in the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle, including requirements research, solution design, system configuration/build, and comprehensive testing, ensuring digital solutions meet laboratory and business needs.

+ Monitor and manage aging work‑in‑hand projects, proactively tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and driving timely resolution to reduce backlog and improve overall delivery efficiency.


+ Undergraduate in science or engineering discipline

+ Strong in data analytics

+ Proficiency in MS Excel and creating macros
