Job Description
- Help maintain employee records and documents
- Assist with HR admin tasks including company birthday celebrations, employee events and festive celebrations
- Responsible for daily office administrative function
- Handling and assisting in other HR functions like interview arrangements, career fairs and employee relations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Must provide an official internship placement letter from University/College
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
