Job Description

  • Help maintain employee records and documents
    • Assist with HR admin tasks including company birthday celebrations, employee events and festive celebrations
    • Responsible for daily office administrative function
  • Handling and assisting in other HR functions like interview arrangements, career fairs and employee relations

Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
    • Must provide an official internship placement letter from University/College
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
