Intern - HR Analytics

We are looking for a detail -oriented and analytical HR Analytics Intern who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights. This role offers hands -on exposure to recruitment analytics, employee data analysis, and HR reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze hiring, attrition, and HR pipeline data
  

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
  

• Identify trends and provide data -driven insights to improve HR decisions
  

• Ensure data accuracy across HR trackers and systems
  

• Support process improvement initiatives within the HR function
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Final -year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  

• Strong command of Excel and analytical thinking
