Intern, HR Services Representative

Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee data in Oracle HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Manage the on-to-off boarding process through Oracle HRIS system to ensure an up-to-date employee record in HR system database
• Manage scope of duties and answer employee enquiries including but not limited to, employee movement, employee benefits administration, onboarding and off boarding, work visa application, system related, employment verification letter, Reporting, etc
• Leverage tools such as Case Management Platform and Five9 telephony system to respond and track requestor enquiries
• Work on agreed SLAs to provide data and information as to the effectiveness of the services provided
• Any ad hoc duties and projects
