About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Intern to join our Human Resources team at MUHIBBAH SML SDN BHD in Batu Kurau, Perak. This is a contract role (based on internship period) where you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
2. Providing administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
3. Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
4. Supporting employee engagement and communication initiatives
5. Conducting research and analysis to support HR decision-making
6. Providing general HR support and assistance as needed
