This internship aims to provide students with an opportunity to work with Yee Lee HR team and gain understanding of multiple industries across different entities within the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and exposure in the end-to-end process of Human Resources (HR) in Yee Lee Group.
• Takes part in the digitalization of HR activities and process and understand the importance of new technology in HR especially in Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning & Development.
• Understand how Employer Branding & Culture plays a part in attracting talents into Yee Lee Group while understanding the power of social media

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently studying Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
