Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
• Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards.
• Reviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.
• Managing the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing.
