Job overview:Schneider is seeking a Finance Intern in Mexico City to provide support to Schneider's finance team.The Finance Intern will work on a variety of analytical projects and be assigned to month-end close-related tasks.Responsibilities:- Executes the Accounts Payable Backoffice process related to Mexican carriers (daily basis).
- Clarification and status update of invoices and PODs with Mexican carriers (daily basis)- Prepares AP reconciliations with Mexican carriers (monthly basis)- Executes the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes for the Mexican entities (weekly basis)- Prepares account reconciliation for AP balancesSkills and qualifications:- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
