Job Description

+ **Process Flow** : Learn to analyze and optimize the wafer sort, final test, and backend processes in semiconductor production.
+ **Factory Layout (AutoCAD)** : Learn to design and improve factory floor layouts using AutoCAD for efficient space utilization and equipment placement.
+ **Time Study** : Learn to conduct time studies for final test and backend operations, using Excel to analyze data and identify efficiency improvements.
+ **Exposure to Equipment** : Gain hands-on learning experience with semiconductor testing, handling, and backend packaging equipment

Qualifications

+ Degree in Manufacturing / Process/ Mechanical/Electronis Engineering.
+ Knowledge in Excel and Autocad are added advantage
+ Preferably available for a **4- to 6-month placement** , commencing **Aug 26** .
