IT incident Reduction in Manufacturing Operations - BURN IN Area.
 
Description:
Analyze recurring IT incidents within the BURN-IN manufacturing area to identify failure modes, implement permanent corrective actions and enhance system reliability.

Scope:
Understand MES ecosystems and its integrations.
Understand the BURN-IN process flow and its dependencies.
Develop skills in incident investigation, root cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions.
Study AI-driven approaches for detecting and recovering production transaction failures.
