Title: Intern, IT Network (Summer 2026)

Reports to: Manager, IT Network

Role Summary: The IT Network Intern supports the IT/Network team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the organization’s network infrastructure. This role provides hands‑on experience with networking technologies, system administration, and IT support while assisting in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Monitor network performance and help identify connectivity issues or bottlenecks
• Provide basic technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting network‑related problems
• Support the setup and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi networks
