The intern will be working with experienced IT engineers to use AI, automation and observability to improve reliability, user experience and end‑to‑end fulfilment for IT services.

Responsibilities

AI‑Driven Automation & Tooling

• Optimizing Cloud operations on GCP, service visualization using Grafana

• Detect anomalies in performance and security‑relevant metrics and logs using AI

• Design and prototype scripts, bots or workflows to automate remediation

Reliability, Security & Observability

• Help build and improve dashboards, alerts and health checks for network and EUC services
