Position Overview:
The candidate will verify, clean and update Alumni information, such as contact details, employment (company, job title, department, industry, designation), current location (city, country), and LinkedIn profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and update alumni information, such as contact details, employment (company, job title, department, industry, designation), current location (city, country), and LinkedIn profiles.
Generate regular reports on the status of the alumni database.
Collect updated information from LinkedIn and direct communication with alumni.
Find and update LinkedIn profile URLs of alumni in an excel sheet from given data.
Perform Data Cleaning tasks in Excel.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of or done course(s) in Data Analytics will be preferred
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Knowledge of lookup functions and basic data cleaning in Excel.
