Main Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , your responsibilities will include:

Internship Program Management : You will assist in managing the full lifecycle of interns, from establishing partnerships with universities to attract talent. You'll provide continuous support and follow-up throughout their internship, and handle the evaluation and closure at the end.

Job Posting : You will assist in creating and distributing job advertisements across various job platforms and social media channels.

CV Screening : You will help in pre-screening resumes, identifying the most suitable candidates according to the required profile.

Interviews : You will support in coordinating and conducting both phone and in-person interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
