Work ModeOnsiteLocationLocation: On site – Juarez, Nuevo LeónResponsibilitiesContinuous monitoring of 5S principles to ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline within the area.Updating, standardizing, and improving work instructions to maintain documentation that is current and aligned with existing processes.Recording, documenting, and tracking key processes within the area.Constant presence on the shop floor to serve as an observation point for identifying needs.Monitoring operational situations, and ensuring proper workflow.Participation in meetings to provide real-time information and facilitate decision-making.Skills & RequirementsSkills: Proactive, organized, eager to learn.Knowledge: Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Education: Industrial Engineering (preferably within one year of graduation).
