Intern Marketing and Multimedia

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning & creating content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn & more).
• Support in writing & editing marketing copy for posts, newsletters & promos.
• Capture event photos/videos for marketing & documentation.
• Collect participant feedback & testimonials
• Prepare documents, manage correspondence, and support daily office operations.
• Training Support: Attend training sessions, assist in facilitating sessions, and manage training materials and logistics.
• HRDCorp Training Materials Management: Assist in preparing documents and materials for HRDCorp grant applications (T3 and others).
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support for various departmental projects and assist the executive and management team with their daily tasks.
