Job Description

We are looking
 for a Intern, to join our Marketing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to reviews on 3rd party booking platforms on a timely manner

Respond to guest enquiries and direct messages on social media platforms

Monthly Reports to compile review sentiments of Shangri-La Singapore and comp sets

Assist in compiling the media clippings report comprising online and printed publication and social media features

Create social content for Shangri-La Singapore in forms of shortform videos, reels, IGs and photo posts

Selection of user-generated content suitable for repost on brand social media accounts

Scheduling of social content and ads

Guest letters crafting and printingAssist in the creation of official hotel signages

Assist in coordinating of media drops with relevant department and stakeholders
