 Policy Development 
Research best practices and regulatory standards (e.g., WSH Guidelines, Singapore Standards 
Draft equipment policy guidelines covering safety, operational boundaries, and enforcement 
Define categories and criteria for acceptable mechanical equipment 
 Approval Process Design 
Map out workflows for equipment registration and approval 
Propose digital forms/checklists for equipment submission and documentation 
Identify roles and responsibilities for approvals and escalations 
 System Testing & Implementation 
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system roll out, and users engagement. 
Assist in the development of a centralised system for tracking registered equipment, expiry dates, and inspection history.
