Intern (Metal Work Machinist)

Job Descriptions:

1. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.

2. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).

3. Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.

4. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.

5. Test operation of machines periodically.

6. Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.

7. Maintain activity logs, updating the daily output in the MES system on time and accuracy.

8. Taking care of machines, tools and measuring equipment.

9. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

10. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
